Papa Johns - High Point

So we went here asked a question and the employee didn’t answer and we were in line and the employee called somebody else that we were in-front of so I had a bad experience I felt disrespected and the lady had an attitude with us

Pizza was warm enough but skimpy on the toppings. I really didn't get but two pieces of each topping on each slice. What a rip.

Always accurate and on time. I've never had one pizza late from there. 5 stars should speak volumes for a chain pizzeria! Awesome staff!

Tried to order a pizza for carry out or delivery at 1020 pm to deliver to hotel and after receiving the info and my name they told me they could not deliver or do carry out even though they accept orders till 1030 pm and carry out till 1140 pm. They should be ashamed of themselves and be shut down.

I have always been happy with Papa John's on North Main, but I'm not sure if there were new employees working yesterday or what happened. I ordered a hand-tossed pizza, but the crust was thick on the outside and more like thin crust on the inside. It's always a good idea to check your food before you leave. Despite this, I will continue to order from them. Perhaps it was just an off day.
