Marco's Pizza - High Point

The last time I went here, I got a small pizza with Old world style pepperoni. It was the best pizza I've had In a long time!!

I gave this place a great review the first time. But the second and third were just horrible. Ordered 2 cheese steaks that were so small and over cooked. Asked to get larges instead. Didnt know the toppings were just added from the small sandwiches. Got all the way home and drove back for my money. Manager whom was were pajamas claims it's corporates fault. I will not be returning to this location ever. Just messed up my entire dinner plans so I had to waste gas again to go cook something from the grocery store. Employees were dressed like the just off a corner. Bums using bathrooms and eating outside. Marcos should be ashamed to have this location represented this way.

Very minimal effort from management to make this place an acceptable business. It's essentially a hangout spot where employees play fast and loose with basic rules and procedures. Don't be surprised if your order gets cancelled or delayed for no discernable reason. Oh, and there's basically no standard of cleanliness that's observed by anyone. How they get a passing health code grade is baffling.This location straight-up needs to be shut down.

The pizza is decent, but on my first try the dough had a lot of large air bubbles, and while the Pepperoni Magnifico photo on the menu showed wall-to-wall pepperoni, what the pizza I received had was what I would expect from a regular pizza order with pepperoni at any other place, just double the cost of a one-topping pizza.

The food is great, and service is great too! The delivery person is polite and courteous! Phenomenal coupons! They have never incorrectly prepared my food! I would recommend Marcos Pizza shop to anyone who needs their food fast, hot and prepared just the way you want it! Management is on point and special's are in the mail box when they have them,(which is about everyday). Want a taste of real Italian pizza got to Marcos! Let us not forget about their chicken wings hot and fresh just like you want them! Marcos pizza a is a real Italian experience and taste. If you closed your eyes when you take a bite you would think you were in Italy!
