Golden China - High Point

I'm so glad I decided to ignore the negative reviews about customer service here. The food was the best takeout Chinese I've had in HP, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

I'm a bit surprised to see that there aren't more positive reviews about the food here. I've been living in the Triad for the past 4-5 years and have frequently ordered takeout for my family from this restaurant. I've never had any issues with the same person who answers the phone and works the counter; I've just grown accustomed to her style of communication, which has never struck me as offensive. She has always been polite to me. The shrimp and chicken entrees are delicious, and thankfully, we've never had any health issues after eating here. One suggestion I have for the business to potentially grow and receive even better reviews is to consider hiring someone to take orders and manage the counter.
