Fire Sticks Japanese Steakhouse Sushi

This is a favorite for my husband and I. We enjoyed dinner here Tues and decided to try some of their Fire and Sticks sushi. My husband loved it and so did I! Our service was by far the best in a good while. The soup and salad was fresh and our entrees were perfect. We for sure got our money's worth! It may be a while before we can afford another meal like that but we will be back!

The food is absolutely delicious.You will not find better service anywhere. I HIGHLY recommend Fire and Sticks.....

If zero stars was an option, I’d give them zero stars for customer service. Customer service is dead! We attempted to make a reservation by phone, left a message as we were instructed, with every detail regarding our desired reservation time to celebrate my son’s tenth birthday. We rushed over after work/school to arrive at our reservation in time, only to find out that they didn’t have our reservation. We showed them our call log and proof of voicemail, the woman at the hostess stand claiming to be the manager was rude, unapologetic, condescending and demeaning. We would have waited the short wait, if she attempted to show empathy, remorse and/or held herself accountable. There was no attempt to accommodate their customers, and my son was incredibly disappointed on his birthday. I will never go here again and will deter anyone from eating here as well.

Awesome experience very nice and pretty place. More then I expected service was fast and kept my drink filled. The chief was awesome and very into putting on a great show for us. Fairly priced for what it is you?re paying for the show along with the food it?s a higher quality than what you can get at a hibachi store down the road you?re also paying for the show don?t forget that and they put on a good one

The dinning experience was exceptional. The personal chef assigned to the table cooks everything to order. It's great to see what you order being cooked in front of you. The cook was very professional, friendly and he made the whole experience very enjoyable. The food was great! The service was excellent
