Burger King - High Point

The Whoppers are fantastic! I recommend avoiding the non-burger options, as they tend to be mediocre in flavor. The service varies; it’s usually not the best, but it all depends on the staff on duty.

I visited this restaurant yesterday, and I had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. There was a young Black woman wearing glasses, and she seemed to have a negative attitude right from the moment my boyfriend and I arrived at the drive-thru. Her demeanor became increasingly unfriendly while we were placing our order, and she eventually passed the headset to a much friendlier gentleman. When we got to the window, I tried to overlook her behavior and asked for ketchup, as it wasn’t included in our bag. As we were about to drive away, she remarked, “GIRL…” with a condescending tone, just because I asked for ketchup. If you decide to visit this place, be prepared for the unpleasantness of her attitude. I hope she considers a different job that might suit her disposition better, or seeks some help to improve her customer service skills.

I have worked in the food industry for over 20 years, so I have a good understanding of how things should be. First of all, I was charged $7 for the Junior Whopper deal, which was supposed to be two for $5. The pricing was correct, but it took quite some time to receive my food. When I finally opened my order, I could tell right away that the food had not been made to order. The vegetables were wilted and overheated, and the meat was tough. I was very disappointed.

Food was okay. Long wait time at drive through Restaurant has the appearance that it’s going out of business. Landscaping not maintained.

I've visited this location multiple times and the employees are always nice very thorough. My orders are consistently correct never cold. This burger king is the only one I prefer to visit.
