Soto Sushi - Hicksville

The owner is amazing! I keep coming back to this restaurant because of their wonderful hospitality. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. I give it five stars!

During a mid-week lunch, we found the place fairly quiet. We ordered our meals and were pleased with the delicious food at reasonable prices. The restaurant was spotless, and the service was outstanding. A standout moment for me was when one of our group had just undergone dental work and couldn't chew anything crunchy, like the salad. Without any extra charge, the staff kindly substituted it with a sequence of Shumai, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience.

We previously enjoyed sushi elsewhere, but decided to dine at this restaurant. The tuna, salmon, and eel were exceptional. We ordered a combo that was beautifully presented to resemble a ship. While I'm not a fan of plum wine, I did enjoy the Pinot Grigio. The service was excellent as well.

Best sushi in town .. I was in a lot of sushi restaurants and this is by far the best.. The boss and the staff are amazing .. I take all my friends and family there .. and we all go back for more!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food was delicious but service was a little off this time. I frequent this place as its close to the office and it's usually great for a quick delicious and inexpensive lunch
