Papa Johns Pizza - Hicksville

Horrible service. Ordered online for a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage. What we got was a regular cheese pie with like 6 pieces of pepper. We called and asked for our order to be fixed and nothing for hour and half. We call three times and they say “its on the way. Wait 5 minutes”. We call back multiple times and one guy even says “the driver went out. Whats the problem” after an hour of waiting. We still havent gotten our pizza after two hours. Never ordering again.

Not the right address, very confusing, any Manger at store are very bad to answer the question when we call＊

Ordering pizza online from this location always comes out tasting delicious. The staff that works there is wonderful. Please give them a try you won’t be disappointed. Good experience, always on time, and never make a mistake. This was done perfectly.

Terrible service and attitude. Order it online and pass 20 min to make my order on the estimate time. Will never order from them again. Avoid this

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!After I paid the driver and closed the door, I get a phone call from the manager saying I didn’t give them enough money and that I ABUSED the driver. Luckily I had a ring camera on my house and showed the police what actually happened. I will be contacting my attorney and filing a lawsuit against this location
