Kirazu Sushi - Hicksville

My wife and I recently moved into the area and with the closing of our beloved Nagashima on Jericho Turnpike (shout out Chef Mokoto-san), we were left with nowhere to turn. We stumbled upon this very quaint restaurant and we were blown away by the quality of the food and hospitality of the owners and servers. Imagine New York City Manhattan sushi located in a Hicksville/Westbury location. Probably the nicest owners you will ever meet. They play karaoke, sing with you any selection you want. Great place for couples or small families. Sushi is beyond fresh and prepared by a professional. Prices are reasonable. Definitely a go to place for the locals…and it should be for you.

Cute lil date spot. Quiet location, cozy inside, dim lighting. Great sushi selection with a ton of unique rolls, fresh taste. they have seasonal fish. Friendly, helpful staff.

Stumbled upon this tiny place because we needed to stop for something to eat quick before a concert. We ate this sushi in the parking lot and it was some of the best sushi I've ever had especially out of a place that doesn't look like much. It's not some fancy high end sushi place but the quality of the food is equal to those. Give it a shot
