Five Guys - Hickory

Great place to stop while on road trip. We were able to order and eat either inside or outside!!! Thank you for not making me eat in my car!! We got fries well done, and they were cooked perfectly. We also got one lil bacon cheeseburger and one regular cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap. The tables, drink station, and bathroom was all clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Please keep up all your great work!!! I will remember this stop for future trips to and past Hickory:

Overpriced. The bungalow on the burger I had was soggy. Very fat. It wasn't good. Friends were pretty good. I have burger fries and drink. Won?t be back

Huge burgers with quality toppings, soft roasted bungalow with generous frits! It's worth it! We had burgers in restaurants and fast food during our holidays and this place has it right! I don't mind paying for quality. We pay unpredictably large mice for meals with all with some small and some big complaints about them. It was relaxing to have zero problems and focus on a friendly conversation! Let's go!

Excellent. Delicious hamburger. Potatoes are natural. You have peanuts while waiting for your order. There's Refil in the Sodas.

The food wasn 't bad, but the guy behind the register was terrible. While i was ordering, I guess I took too long to his liking and he looked at me, rolled his eyes shook his head. If it weren 't for the group we were with, i would have told him to forget my order walked out. All the staff were young each one looked miserable. The only friendly person there was the girl who greeted you by yelling Welcome to Five Guys! . They forgot a Chocolate Shake that we ordered, so my Fiance went back to the counter to let them know. About 5 minutes later, a young man walks out very timidly asks to see our receipt. He checked to make sure we had ordered one. We never go up front ask for something to be made that we didn 't order, I know it probably happens more than not, but it wasn 't a very nice feeling in a crowd for people to hear him ask to see our receipt. Just a bad experience all the way around. Oh, for 4 burgers, 3 fries 3 drinks a shake, it was $79! WAY OVER PRICED. I don 't see us going back.
