フィードバックを提供するI had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant. The staff was not helpful at all. My order was wrong not once, not twice, but four times! I placed my order online and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. First, I received the wrong drink, then I only got half of my order, followed by the wrong sides, and finally, the food was completely incorrect. I've never had to walk inside a Taco Bell so many times just to get my order right. The young employees were all unmasked and didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously. I won’t be returning to this place.
This Taco Bell is quiet and often empty, but they have significantly increased the prices of all their menu items. It's actually cheaper to order from other Taco Bell locations nearby. If they keep this up, I don't think this location will last much longer.
I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered a bowl that was supposed to have rice as the base, but it came only with beans, lettuce, and cheese—no rice at all. The 5-layer burrito I ordered turned out to have only 2 layers. I also requested a crunch wrap without cheese, but it was full of cheese. Everything I received was incorrect, but by the time I realized it, we were already too far away to return it. I don’t understand how this location received such high ratings.
Good Taco Bell. Great service and it has awesome technology. Location is a bit uncomfortable
The employees have attitude and their customer service is very unprofessional. They gave me attitude when handling my food and messed up my order (i asked for all steak and they gave me all beef and chicken!! . They gave me no utensils to eat and they made me park because of their timer. I had to go back to the drive thru for straws and forks and they gave me attitude. The guy that dropped the food off was missing 1 straw for 3 drinks and was rude.
