フィードバックを提供するThe girl who served me this morning was very honest about the espresso maker being out of whack so that I didn?t get a messed up drink. She gave me something else instead, and it was excellent. I?ve been here several times, and each time the workers seemed happy to be there and did a great job!
Food was good, store clean, staff smiling. What was amazing was how fast the orders came up. The drive thru had 12 plus cars the entire time I was here. All the inside and outside lines moved fast. Bravo
I ordered a dragonfruit mango refresher w coconut milk and They filled up over half the cup with ice, so it was kind of a rip off compared to other Starbucks where I?ve ordered this drink from. :
Wow. What a magnificent place. I have to say these workers filled my soul with joy. The way they make these drinks... Truly mind blowing. They really put their hearts and souls into their work. If you get your drinks from ANY other Starbucks I'm telling you.... You are making a very very big mistake. Go to this Starbucks. I promise you will not be disappointed. They just know how to turn my frown upside down. Anyone who has ever left a bad review should be absolutely blasted. What grand human beings.
This was my worst experience with Starbucks. There was no in waiting in line in front of me so I?m waiting for my order and then the barrista assists the next customer waiting in line. Omg, I was irritated to see that the barrista assisted the customer that was behind me first. Then then barrista forgot to ever make my drink! I was waiting for 15 minutes and told her that I didn?t want to wait anymore and to give me my refund back to my debit card, which was my method of payment. No, the barrista gave me cash instead, because she needed a manager override to give me my refund to my debit card. The part that really makes me mad, is that she forgot about my order. She knew she messed up and apologized, which I appreciate, but after this experience, I will never order anything again in this location.
