Food was great but the wait felt unreasonably long, could be because of understaffing? Worth going just plan accordingly for the wait.

I ordered threw the drive threw. The person repeated the order. Never gave my total so I proceeded to pull forward after waiting almost 7 min they gave me a ridicules total. Then I repeated my order again and they said they did not get it? So I reordered at window then charged for additional burgers. ‍ Good thing I asked for my receipt. FYI management get newer headsets and please train your staff. Everyone makes mistakes. But now I’m waiting in stall one for more than 10 minutes.

Lobby closes. No reason at all. Didn't get all my food, waited over an hour for food with only 2 cars I'm drive in. Rude service, horrible customer skills. Extremely lazy and not caring. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I think her food is terrible, but they have the best ice cream, fantastic customer service, amazing fry sauce, and big chicken pliers.
