Harvester Talmead - Herne Bay

Was a little disappointed with our visit this time. There was hardly any salad to choose from at the salad bar, and what was there didn't look it's best. We waited almost an hour for our main course. I had a chicken dish which was very dry. My daughter had to ask twice for a drink. Very disappointing. The staff seemed to be more concerned about cleaning the tables so they could go home.

The food was excellent, particularly the ribs in the Original Combo. The table was small, and it was a bit noisy with children, but the service from the waitress was fantastic. I ordered a glass of wine that was corked, but despite that, I would definitely return.

When we arrived, I was informed that they hadn't received our reservation, so I had to show the confirmation. The place was very busy and noisy, with a basic menu. The staff were rushed off their feet, but they remained professional and helpful. The steak was delicious and tender.

The food was excellent, especially the original combo dish. It was a bit crowded with a small table, and there were some noisy children nearby. The wine we ordered was corked, but the service from the large waiter was good. Overall, I plan to return.
