Washington Dulles Marriott Suites

I checked in on a Saturday afternoon in June. The hotel is in a good location. Although, the hotel isn’t very good. I’m a titanium elite member of Bonvoy. I was checked in by a gentleman that needs more customer service training. He also gave me a musty room. Which I switched because the room stunk. I rated the hotel high because of the location but the hotel is needs Renovations. The furniture is dated. I doubt I’ll be back, I usually fly into DCA and stay down in DC. If you’re looking for a hotel close to the airport with okay customer service that’s in a good location. Please stay here.

Affordable parking and free shuttle to and from Dulles Airport. Great alternative to any lot at the airport.

Nice hotel with big rooms. Staff were all professional and helpful. Airport shuttle was prompt on pickup from airport (at 15 and 45 past the hour) and going to the airport (at 00 and 30 past the hour). Breakfast at the restaurant was decent. Did not have other meals there. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again if in the area.

My family stayed here as part of our sons hockey tournament and had a pleasant experience. Conveniently located for us to travel to all area rinks quickly. Hotel facilities were clean and welcoming, rooms were spacious and stocked with the basics needed. Staff was friendly during all encounters. The toilet in my room ended up having a clog and backed up onto the floor and maintenance and housekeeping came to quickly rectify the issues and clean/disinfect the bathroom for us. Would recommend this hotel to others in the future!

I hope this is the right Marriot Dulles. However I had an exceptional experience during my stay but the most impressive experience was after. I left one of my electronics at the hotel room and Dennis was able to handle the issue like a pro. He was able to take it over to fedex and ship it to me. Although there were some hiccups with FedEx, Dennis was able iron out all the issues and overnight my device to me, which I received today. Pure example of going above and beyond for the customer. I'll definitely be back and most certainly recommend to others.
