Subway - Herndon

My experience at this Subway was not good. I ordered a sub here, but when I asked about the special sub, the Spanish woman I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. This place has changed ownership several times and I'm not sure who the current owner is. However, whoever owns it now needs to provide better training for their employees. They need to improve their customer service skills.

I had so many bad experiences loading with this, I will never go back. half filled suppe, slashed on the meat and cheese, internet orders not ready when promised, rude manager. just finished with them.

The team is great and the newly painted walls give off a fresh look. It's visually appealing! There's no need to speak with the manager here!

I love this Subway location! I make a point to visit even if it's out of my usual route. The food is always fresh, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is exceptional.

An amazing Subway. The staff is very polite and courteous. They are also prompt which means you don’t have to wait a while for your sub to be made. The location is excellent. The premises is clean. Would definitely recommend this Subway to anyone interested.
