The Cove - Hernando Beach

I urge you not to dine here—I had severe diarrhea all night and still feel unwell today! This restaurant doesn't deserve any stars. I had previously claimed I wouldn’t return about eight months ago after ordering a margarita that tasted terrible. When I brought it to the attention of an outside manager, he tasted it and revealed that the bartenders create their own mixes after hours and then party before closing. He made me another drink without offering an apology or a complimentary replacement. The only reason I went back yesterday was that my friends and mom thought there might still be a salmon special, which they no longer offer. I was really just hoping for a decent grouper dinner, but it was far from what I expected!

Absolutely fantastic! We had a table for six and were able to sample several items from the menu. The salads stood out—they were fresh, organic, and topped with delicious house-made dressings.

I visited the restaurant with two friends for some adult beverages, and we were impressed by the excellent selection of tropical drinks. The appetizers were fantastic as well! I highly recommend trying the shrimp – you won’t be disappointed!

The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic! I took my parents out for dinner, and they absolutely loved it. They even had leftovers, which they enjoyed just as much. Thank you!
