Pizza Hut - Hernando

Always very happy with my orders from Pizza Hut. Always arrive on time and pizza is always wonderfully prepared. Defeat competition by far.

Wait was long but they seemed understaffed. Looked like they were working hard to catch up. Food was good

Hands down the worst pizza! They thought it was acceptable to try and send home a burnt thin crust pizza. I’m not sure the one we brought home is any better ??‍

For my birthday i ordered pizza for my family thinking it'd be nice to have a quick, yummy meal from pizza hut. What a joke. The pictures are supposed to be a thin crust cheese pizza. It was inedible to say the least. The fact that an employee in this restaurant was willing to hand this pizza to a paying customer blows my mind. I have 3 kids, we produce more then enough of our own trash each week. I didn't need pizza huts help with filling my trash can, certainly not for $35.

Placed an order in the app, showed to not go through but they charged my card and say that if no confirmation was given then it will be returned back to my card. This is not the first time this location has given bad service from not preparing the order correctly, to missing items, to even charging for things and then making excuses and claiming they do not have to provide the item. Would avoid Pizza Hutt at all cost unless you wish to be ripped off.
