We were told they had no chicken tenders. Then we were told it would take 20 minutes because there was no chicken cooked. We waited for the order. When we returned home the chicken was raw in the middle, not cooked. The fries tasted like old flour mix.The food is dangerous. Be careful!

Online order doesn?t work got there and they didn?t have half our food even in stock, but no didn?t call me that they didn?t have it but waited for us to get there. It was supposed to be an online pickup order? was supposed to get a drink, didn?t getthat but paid for it, was supposed to get a max and cheese chicken bowl, nope didn?t get that either. Do not order thru the app,it?s very flawed. Also didn?t get a side for my 8 piece and didn?t get a side for my friends 5 piece, so we partially paid for afull order and only got half of it.

Meanwhile, we parked, and my daughter went in to clarify the issue. Unfortunately, they were talking behind our backs, saying we were in the wrong. However, my daughter remained calm and explained the situation. In the background, the manager was pacing back and forth, never bothering to look up or apologize. Based on this experience, we have decided to start going to Zaxby’s instead.

One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. The place was filthy, with nothing clean in sight. The windows looked like they hadn't been washed in years—it felt like walking into an abandoned diner from the 1700s. Customer service was terrible; it was as if I were invisible. The cook took my order, touched the screen, and then just went back to preparing food without any interaction. The food itself was mediocre at best. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this location.

The restaurant is consistently dirty inside, and I've learned the hard way to check my food before leaving the drive-thru. Twice now, I've spent over $40 and driven 30 minutes home only to find that my order was incomplete! Don't even bother calling to complain; no one ever answers the phone. I'm done with this place—it's absolutely ridiculous!
