Starbucks - Hermosa Beach

This is one of the best Starbucks I've been to! The servers were extremely friendly and completed my order very promptly. The interior was rather large and very spotless. If you are looking for a Starbucks in Hermosa beach, this is a great one!

There’s a young guy that works there on morning shift. Lacks good costumer service, incredibly rude, so dry and it’s doesn’t hurt to smile once in while. I work across the street so I’m always there and not once have I seen that kid in a good mood.

There is a young guy that works at this location whom is incredibly rude always in a bad mood and lacks 100% customer service skillshe wont even speak to customers just leaves the coffee when done without calling the person that ordered the itemhe should either be reprimanded or fired

Such a great team at this vons Starbucks! They're all so polite and have a great sense of humor. Coffee is great too!

This Starbucks inside Vons has terrible customer service. It says they open at 5am yet when I come in around 7am they always seem like they just got there. There's one particular employee that works most mornings looks like she is so miserable. She is never nice or happy. It's not the kind of experience you want at 7am just before you start your day. I'd rather make free, terrible coffee at work then to ever come to this location and pay $5 for a regular coffee plus get treated like ish. Thanks but no thanks.
