White Castle - Hermitage

My partner and I drove six and a half hours from Middle Georgia to Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and it was definitely worth the trip.

This White Castle location was exceptionally clean, and the staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking available, and the area is well-lit. They asked if I could wait a few minutes so they could prepare fresh hot fries to go with my sliders. If you’re a fan of White Castle and find yourself nearby, I highly recommend stopping by!

We have nowhere near us a castle and it is a treat to visit. My spouse grew up in the Chicago area, loves to eat there when we visit this area. We received very good service from employees, including managers and asst managers. We had a nice chat with them about this location and asked if we could get a toilet on site. All in all, we had a good meal and a pleasant visit.

The chicken and waffles is delicious! I eat mine without gravy, and add syrup. The onion petals are scrumptious in the syrup, too, and my daughter likes them in the sauce designed for the onion petals. The sliders are a hit with my husband and son, but don't forget the brown mustard! My daughter likes the chicken rings and fries. The drink selection is extensive, with Big Red as a specialty of White Castle.

The service here is outstanding! I haven't even received my food yet—it's only been 30 seconds—yet I’m already eager to give this place a high rating. Kevin, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though he made a small error on the computer, a cook or manager came over to assist him in resolving it, and they were both so helpful and pleasant to one another. I really appreciate leaving reviews that focus on service, and this restaurant definitely deserves a positive mention!
