Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Hermitage

I recently visited this restaurant and tried the plant-based protein Caribbean Jerk Wrap. It was packed with plant-based protein chik’n, rice, black beans, cheddar, roasted pineapple salsa, and romaine jerk sauce. The wrap was spicy and incredibly tasty! I will definitely be coming back for more. The food was both high quality and plentiful for the price. I preordered my meal and it was ready on time. I also paired it with a smoothie. Thankfully, they open early and are conveniently located on my way to work, so I plan to preorder lunch from them. I can't wait to return and try their other menu options!

Came here this morning the employees were very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed my chipotle club flatbread and island green smoothie.

I waited for almost 15 minutes in the lobby and no one acknowledged me or informed me about the wait time. The regular crew was not working that day and seemed more focused on fulfilling online orders rather than taking care of the customers waiting inside to order. After 15 minutes, I decided to leave. There were several people behind me also waiting to place their orders. In the past, with different employees, the service had been excellent.
