フィードバックを提供するI have serious concerns about this store. On July 6, 2022, I collapsed on the floor, and not a single employee came to check on me or called for emergency medical assistance, even though I was down for over ten minutes. When I later raised this issue, Cory, who claimed to be the district manager, stated that it is not the responsibility of the store or its employees to inquire about a customer's well-being if they have fallen or are in distress. I know that when a customer is down, they are supposed to call a code white to determine if an ambulance is needed. I later discovered that Cory is not actually the district manager for the Herkimer, NY store. I urge Herkimer Walmart to improve their response to such situations; things could have ended very badly. Customers deserve to be treated with care and respect, not just viewed as a source of revenue.

Always love it there nice people but sometimes runs out of supplies fast
The lines are always long, and there are no actual cashiers at the checkout. The managers seem indifferent to the situation. When I expressed my frustration to one of them, they just stared at me and walked away. I really dislike shopping here and I make an effort to go to other places whenever I can.
The restaurant is very clean and well-organized, with shelves that are well-stocked. If you're fully vaccinated, wearing a mask is not required.
