フィードバックを提供するThe service was awful, there was no COVID track and trace in place, and I had to wait 30 minutes for a small snack. I was not informed of the wait time. The toilets were dirty with paper strewn on the floor. I definitely will not be returning.
The staff were friendly, the food and drinks were good, but the service was extremely slow. With everything needing to be ordered at the bar, there weren't enough staff on a busy Saturday lunchtime. It took a long time to get a coffee and even longer to order lunch. It felt like waiting in line at a post office.
I recently had lunch with friends at this restaurant after not visiting for a while. I was disappointed to see that there were limited options for a light lunch, such as no wraps and minimal sandwich choices. As a vegetarian, my only option was egg mayonnaise. I didn't notice any vegan alternatives for a light bite, although there were salads available and a better selection in the hot food options. I'm not sure if this is just a seasonal menu change for winter, or if the Courtyard has permanently reduced its menu choices. The food was okay, but uninspired due to the lack of variety in options.
Plenty of choice of freshly prepared food. A clean light environment with outdoor seating that you can take advantage of in the summer. It is best to book a table if you intend to eat before a show as it gets extremely busy.
Very busy mainly due to not enough staff, who are friendly but run off their feet. We had a table by bar which was a mistake as so many trying to order food and drink you couldn’t hold a conversation. Food arrived, looked good but cold, couldn’t catch any staff so ate it but won’t eat here again as not the first time we have had this issue.
