Kinder's Meats Deli Bbq - Hercules

I ordered the ribs and ball tip. It came with potatoe salad and beans. The sides were ok. The meat lacked smokiness and flavor. The ribs were at least tender. I can't say I've tried ball tip before, but it was pretty tough. And who the heck named it that? The soda was as expected.

This was my first time at this Kinder's, so i'm hoping this isn't the norm. The pulled chicken sandwich they made me came with no less than 4 bones, one of them quite sharp. I thought this was an anomaly, but my coworker sitting right next to me also had about 5 chicken bones in his. The service was quite slow. My coworker ordered just before me, and his came about 7 minutes before me. Considering that he had bones in his sandwich as well, I figured ours came from the same batch ? . Either that, or it is normal to have chicken bones in the sandwich. Mine also came with large chunks of dry chicken. I thought everything was supposed to be pulled apart first, but who knows.

I ordered the deluxe deli sandwich. It was a wonderful sandwich, but more than I can eat in one setting. Going back again, I think able to order the mini deli sandwich, or at most the regular deli sandwich. But everything here is well worth it, as it has been for years now.

Spent over $22 for food that was cold not even warm, they now charge you for additional barbecue sauces they only give you two with your $22 order, food wasn't all that great nobody wants chili beans with their barbecue. There was also something dripping into the macaroni salad and when I told the person they didn't do anything about it nor did they take the food out that could make somebody sick they also do not use gloves when preparing your food

If you are trying to order food in person expect to wait a long time. The employees are disorganized and just stare at customers instead or getting their orders. Food is decent but not the best bbq. I would recommend going to another place to get quality bbq.
