Wild Birch - HEPBURN SPRINGS

What an experience! It was a last-minute decision to book a stay at Peppers in Hepburn Springs, and we ended up enjoying a day at the spa along with the soothing mineral baths. We weren’t aware of the changes that had taken place over the past year. Stuart Rattle has done it again! Wild Birch is undoubtedly one of the most stunning restaurant interiors I’ve seen in years.
