Sonic Drive-in - Hensley

You've overloaded us for half a price shake. When we told the manager about it, did she say a stance? Will you pay or what? And the shakers were all melted when we finally got them. We usually have bad experiences here and that was the last straw. Never come back.

Not usually a put someone down type of person, but this place is horrible with their management and young rude employees. Every single time something is either cold, missing, or just down right rude! With very few places to eat in this area you?d think they?d care just a little bit!

I dont know what is going on, I waited almost 15 mins for my food. Cars were pulling up beside me with multiple people in the car getting there order before me. I just had a burger combo meal, then the car hop girl gets mad because I asked for my money back after I received cold food. This is not the first time this has happened but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Absolutely terrible. It's like they make a game of seeing how badly they can mess up your order after repeating it back to you and printing it correctly on the receipt. I've gotten used to not pulling away until I've checked my order so I can have them fix it right away, but today was special. I ended up having to repeat my order five times. Once because they entered the wrong stall, once because they hit the wrong button and had to start completely over and then I had to repeat every single item-twice. Twenty minutes later, I pushed the button to check on my order since i watched other people who came and went in the meantime and they said they sent my order to a different stall, so i had to repeat my order a fifth time. In the end, we got a single hamburger and a double cheeseburger, both with everything on them instead of the stupendously simple mustard and onions only on one and ketchup and mayo only on the other. This location needs to die just like the one we had a few miles up the road.

The food was horrible. The tots were cold and as far as the toast it tasted like burnt bread. The meat was cold. I threw it in the trash. This location needs to do better. On a positive note, the drink was okay.
