Our friends recommended this restaurant to us, and we are so glad we made the trip for lunch today! The food was absolutely fantastic, and the dishes were thoughtfully crafted with a lot of attention to detail in the menu. We opted for the à la carte menu, and every dish was perfectly executed and delicious. I highly recommend the black cheek starter and the brains dish. My partner had the mackerel with root vegetables and a flavorful cream sauce, followed by the chicken. We also ordered a side of cauliflower, which was the best I've ever tasted—creamy and cooked to perfection. We tried several other dishes, all of which were fabulous as well. The wine list was great, and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for such a wonderful local find!
