This is a very nice place to have lunch. However, the waitstaff has no customer service skills. This makes for an unpleasant experience no matter the atmosphere or food. When your a bother to your server and everything is done how they chose not how you simply request. So, not only did we get served tea before the meal when we asked to have it after the meal. The attitude was nothing but harsh and bothersome. My items I was purchasing were jerked up as if I was stealing them. Such a lovely place for such an unpleasant experience. This was mutual with all parties at the table. I would look into some customer service training. The food was fantastic. I will be back and hopefully will have a better experience.

It's a tea house. A very a cute little place for a quick bite or just to sit and sip tea and I just really like it. The food is good, decent portions. My favorite menu item is the sticky toffee pudding. They have a set menu that they serve per day, like the hobbit's shepherds pie, Agatha's meatloaf both were very good. I think if you should give it a try. I just know you will like it.

Delicious little tea spot with some excellent sandwiches and great staff.

Upon arrival 5-6 servers greeted me.That was odd since I had called earlier (take out) and all I got was a long boring recording.Ordered the special -meat loaf mashed tattersWhen I got home I found a small piece of meat and a small scoop of tatters.Maybe I got a kids meal...Poor value for $14 bucks.Also the steps leading up to entrance were covered in ice- not a good experience
