Taco Bell - Hendersonville

I come once a week to this location either for lunch or dinner and have never had a problem. Ordered one of the grilled cheese burritos and asked 3 times for taco sauce. Didn't get the grilled cheese burrito and no taco sauce ?

Their inside is never open. they don’t do their job properly. the don’t listen when you order. you’ll get sent to everyone in the store that has a mic. and they’ll ask you what sauce you want and give you nothing but your food.

Worst customer service. The cashier during the night shift was so rude, she wouldn’t even let us get our whole order in and kept talking over us. Then when we got our food it was disgusting and tasted old, nothing like it usually does. I hope they get it together! It’s ridiculous!

Workers were very kind at the driveup order speaker, but Did not hear my special request for my granddaughter, who has food allergies , and were not eager to remedy the situation at the window. Basically said , tough luck .Food: 4/5

This location tends to NOT honor the Nashville Soccer Club (NSC) win with a free chalupa the next day. Sometimes they do but other times they do not even though their location is listed on the NSC website as a location to get your free chalupa, We (NSC) Win You Win!
