Slow Burn Hot Chicken Hendersonville

Had the pleasure to try this Chicken restaurant, you can say there is love made in the chickens! The 3 pieces with one side is a very filling meal. The Mac and the Cheese were as Mama does. As a tennessee native, it remembered if not over Prince's chicken before the original location burned. Would you recommend giving them an attempt!

Delicious food, wonderful people and a cozy atmosphere. Other than their soda machine always having issues, I can't find a single reason to complain about anything. I love to #supportlocal especially when the food is THIS good!

Great local place that I predict will only get better with time. I have a 2 piece bone in with Singe heat (I think that was the one, it was Medium ...great spice, not overwhelming heat...just right . I 'm not a true hot chicken fan after a traumatic incident at Prince 's 17 years ago....LOL (I survived, but just barely! Anyhow supply chain issues are hitting everyone....the soda fountain was out out of syrup on most flavors and out of gas. Luckily the lemonade worked and it was just fine. If I 'd wanted a soda I 'd have run to Sonic. My sides were coleslaw and fried okra. The coleslaw was good everyone makes it different and this was heavy on the mayo, celery seed, and pretty sure I tasted lemon juice in there but it was darn good. The okra came out piping hot, and I got lucky on the chicken they had a couple extra pieces ready to go so it came out quick. I was perfectly willing to wait the 20 minutes, though perfection takes time. The chicken was in a box on a slice of white bread to soak up all the goodness. They included about half a dozen napkins and I needed 'em all! Good stuff I 'll be back. I don 't generally say much about prices but theirs are a bit too cheap! My meal was $12.00, drink included. I 'll be back!

*Update* A few months in at the new location and they're still killing it. I hope they never leave us! ???? Love this place and this family! Great food and amazing people. So glad to have them in Hendersonville. Gonna be dangerous having them so close to the house. ? #FoodiesOfNashville

Slow Burn has been our favorite hot chicken location for a while now. The new location is fantastic and a great space for them! The chicken is always juicy and the breading is perfect. The seasonings are hot and full of flavor! We make sure to stop in every time we come through Hendersonville.
