Steak very tuff the toke off my bill and stink bug on our table

As long as you ask for Danny you won't be disappointed! The K.C. Strip is my favorite and of course the homemade Ranch is the best ever! Did I mention you should ask for Danny specifically?

Our server was great! He came by our table frequently to check in on us and was very attentive to anything he saw that we might need. We've been there many times, so I should've ordered what I normally get, but I veered and got something completely out of the norm and did not like it. It was probably just something I didn't like, so I don't blame them. Our server saw that I quit eating after a bite or 2, so he came over and offered to get something else for me. When I didn't accept his offer, he talked to the manager, who came to our table to apologize for whatever was wrong with the food, and attempted to get me something else. When I explained the situation and told her it was probably just something I didn't like and not the fault of the cook, she took the cost of my food off of the check. I told her it wasn't necessary because I ordered something I had never tried, but she insisted. Everyone was very accommodating

Made a call in order when visiting Hendersonville, TN last month. We ordered pot roast and sides. Though they were busy our food was ready at the time when they said it would be over the phone. In addition to that everybody was nice and the food was good.

One here for the first time, me and my wife. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce. My wife had the spaghetti with marinara it came with a salad or soup we chose to do the salad we had it loaded the ranch was really good on the salad the salad itself was okay the spaghetti with meat sauce was good the spaghetti with marinara was basic the bread that they bought out was garlic and cheese bread it had a really good taste to it as well. The service was good the only thing that I have against the service was the lady offered us all the sauces to see which one we would like we never received them and they ended up being on the bill as well she didn't inform us that trying to solve this would be a charge which we didn't mind but it was just never said from the beginning. The environment and atmosphere were okay. I could tell that it is a place where a lot of older individuals go.
