Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The restaurant offers fantastic home-cooked meals. The service was outstanding, and the food was just right. It's a great place to dine. They also have a Country Store that's beautifully decorated for Christmas. I did find the prices to be a bit on the high side.

We visited Fine Fare with a group of approximately 20 people, and while I had high hopes, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. I ended up being attended to by three different waiters, which made things a bit confusing. Unfortunately, some guests had finished their meals and were ready to leave before our food even arrived. When the dishes finally came, the waitstaff seemed unclear about who ordered what, leading to further mix-ups. Overall, it’s a nice place, but this visit was not up to par.

I give Cracker Barrel a perfect 5 stars! I absolutely love this restaurant. I ordered delivery through DoorDash while I was in the city, and I couldn't be happier. Two of my favorite dishes are the Pot Roast and the Grandma Sampler. My order was prepared and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, they did forget my Hashbrown Casserole for breakfast, which is a real bummer because it's so delicious! However, I had ordered both breakfast and dinner, so I still had plenty of food. As an avid road tripper, Cracker Barrel has always been a reliable place for me to find a good meal and a cozy spot to rest. I'm not upset about the missing side—Cracker Barrel is amazing!

I understand that restaurants have a hard time finding people to work for them, and it was very obvious that cracker barrel was short affected. Nevertheless, our waitress Paige defined the concept of grace under pressure. She kept a positive and friendly attitude. She has informed us about the status of our order, and the platelet of cookies while we waited was a very nice touch. And breakfast was worth waiting.

The wait was 20 mins to be seated. The wait for food was at least 30 mins. The food was good, hot and the waitress was nice and tentative. She said there was no help and the managers were running the grill no cooks. With all the people out there needing jobs. Because of no help this hurts the business.
