Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hendersonville

I visited this place for the first time, and the guy at the counter was incredibly friendly. He prepared a fantastic bowl for me!

This is genuinely one of the worst Chipotle locations I have ever visited. It's not worth your money. The place is unsanitary, and the line is always chaotic. The customer service is lacking, and I’m surprised this location is still operating.

The customer service was truly disappointing! The staff appeared very frustrated and annoyed. The woman preparing the bowls seemed specifically upset about having to serve customers and was rude to the person ahead of us in line. Based on other reviews, it seems like I’m not the only one who has experienced this issue. Management definitely needs to address the situation. For now, I won't be returning.

We placed an online order but they made everyone go through the drive through to order or pick up whether you had already ordered or not. Took nearly an hour to wait for our food. Terrible customer service.

Update: I haven?t had an issue ordering online in some months! ? Don?t bother ordering online at Hendersonville. Every time I?ve ever ordered online, there?s always been about 20 to 40 minutes after their estimated time. I go inside every time, so it?s not a car line issue. In every instance it would have been faster for me to show up at the estimated time and order in line.
