Wendy's - Henderson

The service was incredibly slow. I placed an online order just 10 minutes before I arrived, but I ended up waiting in line at the pickup window for 15 minutes without any movement. After that, I went inside and was ignored by the staff. Honestly, if I could have canceled my order, I would have. When I finally got someone’s attention, I was informed that they don't start preparing the orders until the customer arrives and speaks to them directly. I ended up waiting nearly an hour for what should have been a quick meal.

Fast food places increase their prices and are now comparable to actual restaurants. it was $10.99 for the Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich combination. it was pretty good, but I didn't know that when I asked for extra marinara sauce, as so many sandwiches aren't sosty and are dry as result (and they weren't very generous with it even then) they charged me $1. and if you want to charge someone, you should always alert them before you just go forward and click the button, but that didn't happen. I learned that I charged an extra dollar when I was sitting there eating it. not a big thing, but only worth mentioning. on a positive note: how the andy Griffith show was on TV. that was my grandfather's favorite show.

I ordered the $5 Biggy Bag that comes with the JR Bacon Cheeseburger, some nuggets with BBQ sauce, and fries.

All the foods were good and the dinges are that 2 missing items from the combo were fries? 2 of then, so please make sure to double check food: 4/5

My wife, mother, and I realized we were almost out of time to use our frosty coupons, so we ran into this Wendy's as we were running errands and the lady behind the counter was super nice and a pleasure to talk to. The frosties were delicious. We got to try the mint frosty which was much better than anticipated. I don't usually like peppermint things, but it was almost like vanilla ice cream just just the right (light) mint flavor. I didn't get a drink, but would like to also point out that they had a freestyle soda machine.
