Teriyaki Madness - Henderson

I've visited this location a few times, and my experiences have just kept getting worse. The chicken is consistently undercooked, fatty, and slimy. The girl with the eyebrows always seems to have an attitude towards me but is friendly with other customers. I won't be returning here. Here's a picture of the $15 I wasted.

I tried to reach the manager to discuss my concerns, but I received no response. It seems they are diluting the chicken with other products without informing their customers, which is quite concerning. After my complaint, I decided to give it another shot, but this time the portion of chicken was noticeably smaller, and the veggies were undercooked. Additionally, the noise level was distracting, as there were several staff members in the back who were behaving like they were at a park instead of in a restaurant. It’s clear something isn’t right here, especially with the staff openly expressing their frustrations about working conditions to the customers. I worry it’s only a matter of time before someone gets sick if these issues aren’t addressed.

We informed the staff that it was our first time dining at their restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience was not great. We encountered cold food and overcooked rice. We've been living in Henderson for about two and a half years, and we finally decided to give this place a try. However, with so many fantastic options like China a Go-Go and L&L Hawaiian BBQ available, it’s hard to recommend this one.

Terrible?rice not wash and over cook, very starchy, chicken katsu very dry and fry in old oil, spicy chicken shredded not diced, noodles very dry. Quality dropped from last time.

I really like the food here, it's your typical teriyaki chicken bowl. Never had a bad meal. It's clean, fast, and portions are pretty decent, and the food can be healthy if you choose that option. I took off two stars because the employees can be hit or miss and it's a bit disappointing at times. I had a b-day coupon for a bowl this year, but they couldn't get their system to work and did not honor the coupon. I like building reputations at restaurants to keep me coming back, but this location can be hit or miss.
