Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Waited 40 minutes and many tables, almost was thrown out because I dared to approach the bar. I don't know what the hostess does, but definitely not her job. Food is good as always, but they definitely have a robbed host there. We wanted to go, but we stayed because of the big burgers.

Nothing short of great food, staff is friendly and fast. Despite being busy our food didn't take long to come out of the kitchen, we highly recommend the margarita drink and the Texas burger. Definitely a good spot to eat after a long day of Christmas shopping.

Worked back to back 16 hour days and couldn't wait to get to RR for their steak fries with poppy seed honey mustard! My friend got the 4 cheese melt with bottomless garlic fries and I got a bowl of french onion soup with a root beer float. Service was great and the only reason for the 4 stars (this particular visit would've been a 2 or 3 but overall RR is usually a 4 or 5)...our waitress was very nice and cheery. Food got here in a timely manner, however, the very first thing I noticed was the cheese on my soup was burnt...not even a lil...like the majority of the top. I smell it...and sure enough, smells burnt too. I look over to my friend's food and the bread on his sandwich was burnt too...and the cheese melted on top was extra dry. Ugggh. My float was great but then again how can u mess up a root beer float?? My friend was not offered another soda despite his empty glass at the edge of the table. (We were asked if we wanted more water a couple times) All in all...not satisfied with this visit...we usually don't have any complaints...We'll be back but I'd like to see burnt food discarded and nicely presented food brought out as usual. RR has great burgers and my usual fav is the fish n chips. Bad food once in 50 visits aint too bad.

I ordered mushroom swiss burger, medium rare with sweet potato fries( bottomless fries) and side of ranch. My waitress was great and food delicious. If you haven't already join their rewards just had to use my phone and my birthday meal month was free. They even threw in a free birthday sundae.

I have been going to this location for three years now and have always received friendly service, but today during my pick up order I received over the top customer service. Justice called me back after I placed my order and very nicely explained that a beverage I ordered was out of stock and helped me with a replacement selection. She also offered sauces which I had previously forgotten. I will continue to patronize this location and appreciate the great hiring and training of competent staff.
