Pizza Hut - Henderson

I ordered 16 wings but only received 8. I called three times, and each time they claimed the wings were gone or promised a refund. They logged each interaction, but there was no helpful response. This reflects poor business ethics and dishonesty. I wouldn't recommend going there for wings; you won't get what you pay for.

The restaurant was a bit on the small side and could use a thorough cleaning. However, the pizza we tried was quite delicious.

I placed my order 20 minutes ago, and it’s clear it’s not ready. There’s only one other order on the board, which makes it even more frustrating. The staff seemed to be having personal issues that impacted their performance. Upon my arrival, it took 6 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, which is unacceptable. The service here on a Wednesday afternoon at 3 PM is very disappointing; there are plenty of crew members, yet they are not fulfilling the few orders they have. To make matters worse, they’ve marked my order as "complete" in their system, likely to inflate their service speed metrics. This is a sign of poor management when they have to manipulate their performance numbers to appear better than they actually are.

I ordered a medium size detroit style meat deluxe pizza, the alleged sauce speck paprika and Italian sausage there was hardly a soße on the pizza a few pieces had hardly any that you could even say that it was there, there were only two pieces small pfefferoni on each piece a piece sausage on each piece and only a piece of speck total that was not even on the pizza box! to the workers you should make the pizza as you made it yourself or for your mother!

I see a lot of bad reviews which surprises me. You know they still order all the time lol anyway . I've never had an issue with them whatever I ordered has come in the appropriate amount of time in the order is what I expected. The drivers are always nice they leave it at the door ever since pandemic what's the score the only thing I don't like is the delivery fee but what are you gonna do when you just wanna sit on your couch.
