Papa John's Pizza - Henderson

Please give the driver the shipping costs of $5.00. papa! john’s was paid for the pizza, the delivery fee should go to the driver who does not drive the restaurant that does not drive. thank you.

Zero stars! not order here. I ordered my pizza today at 19:20 clock and called the load at 9:30 clock and asked me where the hell is my order. the type that answered the phone said that my order never left the load. when I sat there, I watched the tracker on my handy and told me that my order is on the way. I saw two other houses except mine. they do not just send out commands. they can see every house they go to while they wait. I loved papa johns. but they went down the toilet.

Their delivery is good but their pizzas are extremely thin they fall apart when you try to grab the pizza if I could I'd give it a zero Stars

TO THE STORE MANAGER I've been calling, getting put on hold and getting transferred for the past hour (from 1:20-2:20). Call and/or email me to REFUND MY ORDER. I ordered through the app at 10:30 for a 12:00 delivery. My order was picked up by a door dash driver at 12:20 or so. My estimated delivery time was 12:34-12:44. I still haven't received my order. My order number is #971406386.

Been to the location and also placed an order online, both times were terrible service. Food takes forever to get to you. When I placed an order online it said it would take 35 mins to get to me. It took an hour and 20 minutes and the pizza wasn’t hot!! I tried to call the store and they just placed me on hold. The other time when I went in the store (still took an hour to get my food) there was an employee talking to a friend on the phone while “trying” to make a pizza. Whenever someone walked in the store they wouldn’t acknowledge they would be helped. When my order was ready it just sat on a rack for 10 minutes before an employee called my name saying it was ready.
