It’s unfortunate that I have to write this, but I ordered through UberEats, I didn’t get several items in my order. I told the Uber person, he said, sorry this is all they gave me, I called the restaurant and just simply asked if I could have the missing items delivered to me, the restaurant admitted to the mistake. I was told that no, they couldn’t and I had to go through Uber eats, which everyone knows you can not talk to an actual person, it automatically gives you a refund of the missing items without the option of getting the food you wanted. I tried to explain they to the person I was on the phone with at the restaurant, still adamant that he couldn’t help me. Found this odd because this has happened before and they were able to accommodate me. Alright, so I got my entire meal refunded and a credit to UberEats, so you actually did me a favor with your poor customer service. Foods great though, ordered here all the time, maybe new staff or something. Won’t order moving forward though don’t want to keep paying for food drinks I’m not receiving and Ubereats will eventually stop refunding me if they keep messing up my order so :

I went yesterday I refused to even enter the building they have an absolutely disgusting amount of bugs all over the windows all the stuff they have hanging is covered in bugs. I'm not eating there because you can't convince me they're not in the food if that many are in the building so many I noticed them on the menu first I'm appalled this place is still open send the health inspector asap.

I ordered a personal dinner I didn't receive the food I was supposed to get I ordered the donuts they were horrible there was food missing out of my order I even paid $7 for delivery an they wanted a tip food was horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible cold beware
