The food was too greasy, and another time, I asked for teriyaki sauce for my veggies, and the lady there got a bad attitude and told me, No more teriyaki sauce.

Horrible place very expensive. Required a tip on the receipt that they didn't deserve. Said it was the law. I was driving 1hr away used to come every Friday with my family no less than 150 at a time .. mixing food in plates cold crab was rotten. Decided to give this place another try after 6 months and everyone got sick.

The food used to be hood would drive almost 50 min every Friday and spend no less than $150 . Since January of this year the food has been horrible. So my family and I decided to give it one more try. It is very expensive. They put food on the wrong plates . Did not try to fix it. They were bringing things we didn't ask for. Made us give a tip on the bill. She tried to explain that it was the law. The crabs looked like they were purchased of the black market. The reason we stop going before was because the crabs were still frozen and had black spots that ate through the shell. She tried to explain it was the shipment and the crab was cold because of the air conditioning in the building. This place is horrible not 1x bad experience but 3x so I'm done negative stars . For 6 people it was 360.00 almost. With basic boil. 2 people are sick at home . 06/01/2023 like the tip yall are making me give 1 star they deserve no stars!

TLDR; Adjacent to a convenience store. Some good mixed with some not so good. Good: service and boiled crab legs were great. Well seasoned and slightly spicy. Bad: burgers and Vietnamese food First of all, the service was great. Presley was ourwaitress and she was friendly and attentive. She remembered things that I would have expected her to forget like the fact thatthe dish I ordered includes egg rolls but the kitchen didn?t include them. We were eating pretty early on a Tuesday and severalpeople came in to pickup to go orders. The boiled crab was great. Well cooked and seasoned. I?d come back for that. Itincludes a potato and half corn cobb. They also have a Vietnamese menu. Being so close to Houston I thought that they would beable to make good Vietnamese food. I ordered pork vermicelli with egg rolls. Unfortunately, it seems that the kitchen no longerremembers how to make this dish. The pork was battered and had an overly sweet sauce to it instead of an umami flavor. Thekitchen argued with the waitress that the dish doesn?t include eggrolls but she showed them on the menu that it does. Theeggroll was good, cooked right really hot like you would expect any Vietnamese eggroll. The vermicelli was not cooked properly,a bunch of it was clumped together as if they threw it in the boiling water and never tried to stir it once. We ordered softspring rolls and they were too loosely packed and had only shredded lettuce and shrimp inside which made them hard to dip in thesauce. The peanut sauce was ok, but it tasted store bought and had no peanut chunks inside. No sriracha was offered. Somepeople in our party ordered burgers. They looked pretty tasteless, and the people eating them agreed. They have huge buns, andthick patties, but the most important thing, the seasoning on the burger was lacking. FANTASTIC!!!!! I was not expecting to find this little gem in Hempstead, TX! But WOW!!!!!! The Mexican style shrimp cocktail was incredible. Spicy and delicious! Only downfall, wasn?t served with chips? which it should be. (Went next door to the convenientstore and got some lol) the egg rolls were on point. I got the Chicken Pho, absolutely amazing!!!!!! We also had the friedshrimp and fish. Delightful. But what made the show experience was the service from Presley. What a beautiful, bright ray ofsunshine. Happy, helpful, upbeat and knowledgeable about the menu. She made it a 5 star review. ??
