Ordered a banana smoothie, but got what tasted like a banana Nesquik thick shake and can still taste the powder in my mouth. Don't advertise your smoothie with fruit if all you use is Nesquik

A great experience here and nice food and coffee also. Aleisha was awesome in her service and very polite and efficient. I know good staff are always hard to find but the staff here are really good. The morning tea options were also very good.Thanks for a nice coffee experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. First of all, the staff was incredibly unprofessional—they even told me to leave. The employees had dark hair, were quite small in stature, and had noticeable marks on their faces. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of respect, as I believe that hospitality should prioritize respectful customer service, which was clearly lacking here. Additionally, I was concerned about safety and hygiene; I noticed that the workers were handling food with their bare hands, which is totally unacceptable. If this continues, I may have to report this situation to fair labor authorities.

The coffee was hardly drinkable, and they charged a fee of 10 cents for takeaway.

Fantastic café in the heart of Helensvale! The food and coffee are excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and the service is outstanding!
