The homemade cookies are absolutely delicious, but keep in mind they only make a limited batch to ensure freshness. You can definitely tell they are made today, not leftovers from yesterday. The pancakes are huge—one is likely enough to fill you up. The French toast was exceptional, and the domestic pommes were top-notch as well—lightly spiced, very fresh, and crispy. Everything we tried tasted incredibly fresh. The service was outstanding; our server was attentive and constantly refilled our drinks. We are really glad we chose this breakfast spot instead of going to one on the other side of the city. Oh, and they even filmed a brand commercial there! Thanks again for a great experience!
I stopped by just before closing for a cup of coffee, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Even though it was nearly closing time, the kitchen took my order for cookies and gravy, and the food was fantastic. The prices were excellent too—I couldn't have asked for more!
Really pleasant experience. The waiting staff was very friendly and the food was really good. Had pancakes, eggs and bacon. The pancakes are the biggest, thickest pancakes I've ever had. You take the whole plate. My wife had cookies and Gravy. We strongly recommend going.
We really enjoyed our breakfast at this great little place. Note, the picture from 2017 is their old location so look at the newer pictures with the courtyard in front. Also, parking is in the back of the location off Midway Street. The service was good.
While we were visiting Helen, Georgia the whole town was super busy because of the kick off of the Christmas season. All businesses here were overwhelmed. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to be seated for breakfast. We got great service and the food was great. I had to remind myself that people were waiting to get a table so there was no time to waste. This was a very pleasant place to have breakfast especially considering the circumstances.
