Local Grind Good Grains Baking Company

I have not visited their restaurant, but I purchased from their stand at Pioneer Park. My friend has a severe gluten allergy and cannot consume any gluten. The buttermilk bread is the best sandwich bread I have ever had, both gluten-free and regular. I know that some negative reviews are due to their limited business hours, but if you are in the Salt Lake area, it is much more convenient to visit the farmer's market at Pioneer Park to purchase their delicious bread.

I attempted to visit this restaurant during their posted business hours, but unfortunately, they are never open. As someone with celiac disease, I was hoping to try out this place and possibly make a purchase to support local businesses, but each time I have attempted to visit, they have been closed. I tried calling them, but only got a voicemail message. I will give them another chance, but if they are closed again next time, I will likely never return. It is frustrating that a business does not adhere to their own posted hours of operation.

Large gluten-free products. only west of the main road

Came to support local but got an earful of small minded, uneducated attitude. Was really looking forward to just a nice cup of coffee.
