Red Lobster - Heath

The staff at this restaurant is not very friendly. I had to wait 15 minutes for my takeout order. However, the food was delicious and served hot. The parking was quick and easy, with plenty of spaces available in the free parking lot. Overall, the service was a 3 out of 5, the atmosphere was a 3 as well, and the price per person for dinner was $20-30.

Our waiter was fantastic and made our birthday celebration really special. The food was delicious. Service was great. We had lunch.

Wow, this was the worst experience! My family and I came to the restaurant on 10/24/2023 to celebrate my birthday and my daughter's birthday. We waited over an hour for our dinner, my food was barely warm, and my wife's cup of clam chowder was disappointingly small. My daughter's shrimp linguine had the tails left on the shrimp, which were also cold. We used to enjoy eating here, but after paying $6.99 for such a poor cup of chowder and having all our food cold, I will never return to this location. They didn't even acknowledge our birthdays like they used to, which was another disappointment after Covid. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived and we still had to wait for an hour.

This was my third or fourth time eating in this store but it has been many years since the last time. The food tasted good enough bit not for the price. I paid $20 for simple chicken Alfredo pasta. The server was sweet but the hostess was abrupt and a bit rude. Never said please or thank you but seemed to just order us around. I would still go back but I do feel Red Lobster is a bit of overpriced old news. Service: Dine in
