Excellent food and a great cup of coffee...friendly service too! I ordered quite a few different things to sample and it only made me wish I had more room to order even more. Great spot, great food, beautiful views.

I won’t comment on the views because that’s just Denali it’s beautiful no matter where you look. If you’re in Denali you need to make it a point to visit this absolutely amazing joint. From the perfect coffee to just about anything they bake (or make) you can’t go wrong.

Black Bear was by far my favorite place to eat while visiting Denali. The staff is friendly and warm, the kind of people you want to see first thing in the morning. I tried so many different things on the menu (because I ate breakfast there every day I was there), and it was all so so delicious. I think the sourdough flapjacks with the berry compote was my favorite though. The coffee was nice and hot, and they'll give you a free refill for the road. I will definitely recommend this stop to any friends or family visiting the area.

Simple coffee shop to chill and get some breakfast near Denali. It was a bit hectic when we went, but understandable given the timing. Service was fast and efficient.

Great place!! The food was awesome, but honestly speaking, the staff was so friendly that the food could have been mediocre and it still would have been a tremendous experience! I highly recommend stopping here during your trip to Alaska!!
