Delicious food haven't had a bad dish either eating in or takeout.
This is one of the best Chinese foods I had. their prices are also great.
We ordered the food for 645 at 5. I'll wait for 734. The staff works incredibly hard, but can not manage lively nights. Avoid the weekend! Dinner Price per person: $10–20
Ying Ying has become my go-to place for Chinese Food in West Winnipeg. I have ordered from them a number of times and have not been disappointed yet. Fresh, tasty, and the portions are plenty. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
