Dunkin' - Hazleton

I was advised not to use the drive-thru because I had ordered too many drinks, so I tried going inside or sending my kids in, but then I ended up waiting in the parking lot for 20 to 30 minutes. The lattes I ordered didn't contain enough espresso; they tasted mostly like vanilla and milk. The new staff seems inexperienced and doesn't know what they're doing. As someone who typically enjoys two to three lattes a day, I'm disappointed and have already started going to another location instead.

If you love good coffee, top notch friendly service and a clean store, then this is the DD for you.

The coffee here is excellent, and the service is exceptional. The staff is taking safety precautions by wearing masks and gloves, which is reassuring.

This is a lg coffee when I asked that it was told to be half a cup that it melts, since when does coffee milt this not the first time that this has happened

Everything is ready until I get there while I ordered on the app. the service is fast and efficient. very tasty drinks and eating. the personal is also under pressure friendly
