Subway - Hazen

Apparently they no longer offer salads??? But it says on the menu make any sub into a salad?? Keep an eye on the entire process, I asked for lettuce, black olives and jalapenos with ranch. That's it. I didn't pay attention to the process and got back on the interstate a few miles down and got a bite and got a mouthful of white diced onion. I wasn't aware they offered white onion, the only onion I saw in their selection was purple. So yeah. Won't go back there.

I received very little meat and only half the amount of cheese in my wrap. They didn't even wrap it properly; the first one fell apart, and they just put it in a second wrapper. I pass through this area frequently, but I won't be dining at this location again.

I would give this place a rating of minus 12 if I could. I walked in feeling hungry and immediately noticed the smell of old cooking grease coming from Chester's Chicken; I used to work in a restaurant, so I recognize that scent. The woman behind the counter was quite talkative, and when I asked her to pose for a photo, she YELLED at me that the Subway was closed. I had counted seven people in line waiting to order from Subway when I first walked in, and there was no sign indicating it was closed.

You advertise that you're open until 11 PM, but I arrived at 10:10 PM and found the restaurant closed. This has cost me money with the high fuel prices, so I suggest you be more honest about your hours of operation.

The woman who prepared my sandwich was wearing a mask, but she coughed directly over it without turning away or covering her mouth. It's important to turn away from food when you need to cough or sneeze. I found it really off-putting and couldn't bring myself to eat the sandwich.
