Tony's Donuts Cafe - Hazelwood

Everyone at Tony's Donuts is very friendly, The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is amazing, drinks too, and Tony's Donuts is well clean and lit. I think Tony's Donuts is the best restaurant in town!

This last time we had 2 hoagie and 2 Wraps and I ordered a chicken salad wrap but it was marked tuna salad so I had no idea what to expect. It was weird kinda sweet with a lot of mayo and no detection of what it actually is. My husband said that when we get tony's in the future maybe try a different location for the quality we're used to having and the flavor we're looking for

Good customer service and food. A tad slow, but gotta take off one star for the Christian rock that always seems to be playing. Please keep religion out of my breakfast. Edit after owner response... -You're right. The drive thru line often prevents people from backing out of parking spaces. -Headphones are the #1 cause of hearing loss. -It is folly for a man to pray to a God for that which he has the power to obtain by himself, but I hope you're Christian enough to forgive me for pointing that out. -You're welcome for the amended review, but it's also folly to expect me to return the rest of the stars or to your establishment.

First time and last time buying from this location. 1 person working, and i received 4 correct out of the 2 dozen doughnuts i ordered. Was at work so no time to argue about it but pretty bad you can get a simple dozen chocolate long johns and a dozen glazed. Never again. And especially not for the premium prices they charge.

Donuts are good, service is trash. I have been twice in the past 2 weeks and the service is bad. At best it’s basic, and when it’s not basic it is poor. I had never been before and was curious, so I went the first time 2 weeks ago. I went inside and the guy at the counter kept looking at his co-worker as if they were having a secret conversation. I went again yesterday and I had to request acknowledgment at the drive thru. I think the owner was present because I saw her through the drive thru window. I thought that maybe I was being too sensitive in my prior visit, but this experience sealed it for me. The first experience was horrible, and the second was basic at best. Customer service is not a priority for this establishment, and by customer service I mean common courtesy.
