Arby's - Hazel Green

Ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles. I got home to see they gave me a sandwich with no chicken. Awesome.

My experience at the restaurant was rushed and disorganized. The staff was so eager to push our food out the window that we hadn’t even rounded the building yet. When I first asked for condiments, it seemed like they didn’t hear me, so I had to ask again before driving off. I found it strange when they assured me that the sauce was in the bag, considering they hadn’t even acknowledged my request while hastily delivering my order. When it became clear that I needed to go inside or wait in line again, I chose to go in. There, I was handed eight sauce packets, which felt like a way to get rid of me rather than addressing my concerns. All I really wanted was to ensure that the staff was paying attention. This kind of disregard could be dangerous for someone with a food allergy.

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the food; however, my only complaint is that there wasn't much meat on my sandwich. It was tasty, but for the price, I expected a bit more filling.

Every time I come to this Arby?s in Hazel Green they either forget something out of my order, mess my order up, or the food is extremely sloppy. I love Arby?s but this one is just awful, they messed up my order the last three times I?ve went there and it?s just making me mad and making me not want to go there anymore. They need to get it together. And make sure the part behind the counter customers can see isn?t disgusting!!

Below average experience. The last three times I ordered a plain roast beef sandwich, they mistakenly added a cheese sauce on top of the meat and some kind of tangy sauce underneath. This is not what I requested. Additionally, it seems they never have apple turnovers available anymore. I didn’t have time to return to the store to address the issue since I was on a tight schedule. Also, having to stop and check every sandwich each time I order is simply not acceptable. I’m uncertain if or when I will return to this location.
